I got the knee/elbow tens unit as a gift and I love it. It really does take away my pain in knees. I can bend knee and walk without that stabbing pain I've had knee pain for few years And I've used creams they were not working and even had a tens unit with sticky pads.they weren't working for me either. I like that there is no sticky pads and it's an actual knee/elbow brace so are wrapping around while area instead putting sticky pads around the area. .. just add water to my knee and to the padding on the brace. Am able to workout again . Joined gym can do go for long walks , without having stop because knew pain. It's part of my weekly routine now. 3x a week ,before I go to the gym I use the unit on both knees in morning and I'm ready go. I have not used it for my elbow (haven't had any elbow issues or pain) but I'm sure it works just as well as it does for the. Knew. I'm glad there is separate tens unit made for certain area of body like this one (knew/elbow) as opposed to a unit with sticky pads.. I love it

I love my heating pad it's so soft and I can use it on all areas of my body. This system heats up fast and has 6 settings. I like how it will flash after it's been on for a while to remind me to turn it off

I've used the device several times now, and it works great. I wanted something for knee pain to stimulate the joint, relieve pain and hopefully promote healing. The first two work great, the knee muscles get stimulated and it seem to help with knee pain as it heals. Recommended, along with ice therapy for injuries to the knee.

From a shoulder dislocation (parachute jump in May 1990 desert north of Tel aviv Israel) I used this to relief the pain (to sleep on it) after 33 years!. To keep electric contact on shoulder I simply press the unit between by shoulder and the chair,...first night I didn't wake up in pain from laying on my left side! Very satisfied. :)
