I never received my order. I got a tracking number saying it was "delivered to a parcel locker" 3 days after placing it so I checked all of them at my apartment complex. (All of them are left open if they are not in use and otherwise are locked with the corresponding key placed into the mailbox of the addressee.) I checked immediately after the notice (about 5 minutes after), a few hours later, the next day, and again after a week. I contacted Beurer to let them know and requested a proof of delivery 3 separate times so we could find out what happened to my order. If it had been placed in the wrong place, I could ask the apartments' front office to check the cameras in the postal room to find out where it ended up. We could not do that because Beurer completely ignored me. I checked multiple times to confirm that I was using the correct email they designated for help with orders, and included all my order details. Each time they sent me an autoreply saying they successfully registered my product. Nobody ever responded to my requests. Then they sent me an email asking if I was happy with their Customer Service. What Customer Service? There was no indication that anyone ever read my emails at all. I answered no, but this also did not prompt anyone to reach out to me or reply to my messages. Since two weeks came and went with no progress towards any resolution from Beurer, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Today, they sent me another email asking me to review this product. I wish I could give zero stars because unfortunately, since there was no product received, it met zero of my expectations. I doubt they will even read this review since it appears nobody is currently monitoring any of their communications and its all automated.

My suggestion: Order it elsewhere like Amazon so you actually receive the item you pay for.
