a. Use the scale on a hard, level, and sturdy surface
      b. When not in use, the scale is stored right-side up on a flat surface with nothing                  resting on top
      c. Use the scale at the same location each time for consistent results
      d. Do not drag the scale, lift to relocate. Dragging the scale will cause damage to the              sensors
      e. When using a towel, blanket, or other items on the scale place them on the scale first,        then press “TARE” to set the scale to zero before placing the baby or pet

2. If results are still not accurate
     a. Check the conversions, this scale does not measure in pounds and ounces at the               same time. For example, 13.50lbs is 13lbs 8oz (not 13lbs 5oz) because you must convert       0.5lbs to oz.
     b. It is possible the baby or pet is moving too much for the scale to detect. Try calming           the baby before placing them back on the scale
     c. The sensitivity of our scale is +/- 1% for items over 1kg. This means when taking back-         to-back measurements, the value will always be within 1% of the true value. It is possible       some weight gain is too small to be detected with this sensitivity level.
              i. Note: Weight scales have different sensitivity levels, this does not mean our scale is inaccurate or incorrect.
