Your LB27 humidifiers are junk and your customer service representative , Evelyn presented to carry claiming her supervisor needed to answer my request. Never called back; flat out ghosted me. Did not call back and wouldn't return my call back. Lousey way to treat a customer

Please be aware that ALL our products are backed up by our LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY.
Normally, when customers want to exercise the warranty, If we find anything wrong, we will repair or replace with a new unit.

Unmitigated junk. I have purchased 3 of these in the past 3 years and all have failed. Will never buy anything from this company ever again

I love how effective it is and runs for two nights. I especially love the top handle to easily fill it. It’s very silent and creates different level of mist.

This is a wonderful basic humidifier. It has a large enough tank to run all day or all night, and it's easy to fill, empty, refill, and clean. It works well, and it's simple. I appreciate that there are no "extras," such as lights, and that it has a dial instead of push buttons. This makes it simple to operate and also allows my kids to see that it is a tool and not a toy. :) I plan to keep buying this model to replace other humidifiers we have as they wear out.
