Higly recommend for those looking for wakeup light

Works better than expected and not too huge like other competitions. Using both sunset/sunrise mode everyday. Normally the light wakes me up before the alarm goes off.

Love the color changing feature

I have no problems falling asleep or staying asleep what I do have a problem with is waking up in the mornings, especially now that daylight savings has ended. I used it for the first time today and let me tell you! I woke up so easily! I was up and out of bed in like 5 minutes and it usually takes me a good 15 minutes to fully wake up and get moving. The coolest thing that I really love is that you can control the mood light feature in the app. I had my room filled with hues of red and my music playing, it was such a vibe.

refreshed

not a morning person at all, so waking up at 6am feeling all energized and refreshed is not it for me! I decided to get this light in hopes of falling asleep earlier and waking up. refreshed I love that it can imitate a sunset and sunrise that has definitely helped me wake up a lot calmer and not jumping out of my sleep. Ill keep using this until I adjust to a good sleeping schedule.
