I have still not received this product, which I ordered over 2 weeks ago.
My order # is 18554. UPS tracking # is 1ZB8D2870301086377.
UPS website says that the package was returned to the UPS facility in Ontario, CA with this explanation: "We were unable to obtain a correct address for the receiver, package will be returned to the sender."
My address on the package is correct. The problem may be that my address is located on a recent extension of Alycia Drive. Until recently, the highest street number on Alycia Drive was 129. I live in a new building at 130 Alycia Drive.
USPS delivers mail and packages to me at my address. FedEx and Amazon deliver packages to me at my address. Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze Maps shows my address on their maps.
I have been trying to straighten this out with UPS, but receive no response from their online Help and Support Center. I have also sent 2 emails to Beurer but have received only nonsensical responses.
Please cancel my order and reverse any charge to my account.
