How to Use:

Attach the device securely to your lower abdomen

Note that the device can detect whether it is in good contact with your body and will beep and shut off if you attempt to use it without sufficient skin contact. The device will shut it off after 20 minutes of use

Press and hold the Power Button to activate the device

Apply gel pads & press the Power Button to activate the device. The Heat Indicator LED will flash green and the device will begin to heat up. Press the Power Button again to activate the TENS function.
To increase/decrease intensity, press the Intensity Up/Down Button repeatedly until the desired level is achieved

After Treatment

Press and hold the Power Button to shut the device off (if the auto shutoff was not activated). To charge: Open the USB-C Port cover and attach the provided USB-C cable. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source, such as a computer or suitable AC Adapter

What does it feel like?

Discrete under clothes! Works well

I have endometriosis and used to take a lot of NSAIDs to manage my pain, but since starting blood thinners I had to look for other options. A tens device was recommended to me, but with so many different prices it was so hard to know where to start! I'm so glad I decided to check out this one. It's so small but it just works! I can wear it walking around its barely noticable under my clothes. I'm also able to use this device on my back on days when my endometriosis decides to hurt there instead, very simple. The controls are very easy once you do a quick read through of the manual, and I like that it gives audio feedback (although, very quiet). I'd recommend this over products that are more expensive for virtually the same thing. Plus, I like their customer service🤞

Very nice product

This Product is super helpful with my period cramps. It's also very thin and light which is plus for me because I travel a lot for work. The other heating pouches I've tried for period cramps are super bulky and burns in the microwave. This product is functional and efficient.
