Beurer Limited Lifetime Warranty & Returns (U.S. & Canada)
At Beurer, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Our goal is to give you confidence in your purchase and peace of mind for the life of your device. The following warranty applies to all Beurer products sold in the United States and Canada, when purchased from Beurer directly or an authorized retailer.     

🔒 Warranty – At a Glance  
✔ Covered
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship  
• Applies to all Beurer products under normal household use  
• Warranty period: Limited Lifetime Warranty (life of the product under normal intended use)  
• We will repair or replace the product at our discretion (no refunds)  

❌ Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear, worn consumables (e.g., batteries, pads, attachments, filters)  
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage  
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-Beurer accessories  
• Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, discoloration, fading)
 • Commercial or business use of household devices  
• Purchases from unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets  

🛠 How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Check eligibility : Confirm your product meets warranty terms 
2. Prepare documents : Proof of purchase, product details, description/photos of the issue

4. Get Return Authorization (RMA) : We’ll confirm eligibility and issue instructions 
5. Ship the product : Return in original packaging (at your cost unless prohibited by law) with proof of purchase and your contact information 
6. Resolution : If covered, we will repair or replace the product. If not, we will provide a repair/replacement quotation (including return shipping fees). 
⚠ Important!!! Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. 

🔄 Return Policy (Non-Warranty Returns) 
• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Must include all original accessories/manuals 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error 
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method 

📜 Full Limited Lifetime Warranty 
1. Coverage All Beurer products are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal household use and service. This warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States and Canada. 
2. Our Responsibilities 
• At our discretion, Beurer will repair or replace defective parts or the product at no cost. • Refunds are not provided under this warranty. 
• If replacement parts are unavailable, Beurer may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value. 
3. Third-Party Repairs This warranty complies with the U.S. Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act and Canadian warranty laws. Third-party repairs or service will not void this warranty unless the repair itself causes damage to the product. 
4. Unauthorized Sellers Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from Beurer or from authorized retailers/distributors. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale markets, or unverified third-party platforms (such as eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or non-authorized Amazon sellers) are not covered under this warranty. 
5. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: 
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (batteries, pads, filters, attachments) 
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, vandalism, theft, or environmental damage 
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or accessories not approved by Beurer 
• Improper installation, power surges, or incorrect electrical supply 
• Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration 
• Commercial/business use of consumer devices 
• Products purchased outside the United States or Canada 
6. Limitations of Liability 
• Beurer’s maximum liability is limited to the actual purchase price of the product. 
• This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered. 
• Implied warranties (merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this written warranty. 
• In no event shall Beurer be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or inability to use the product). 
• No retailer, reseller, or third party is authorized to modify this warranty. 
7. Legal Rights 
• U.S. Customers: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so certain provisions may not apply. 
• Canadian Customers: This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under provincial consumer protection laws, including implied warranties of merchantability, durability, and fitness for purpose. You may have additional rights depending on your province. 
 8. Governing Law 
• For U.S. purchases: This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of [insert HQ state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 
• For Canadian purchases: This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the applicable federal laws of Canada.

 To ensure warranty coverage, Beurer products must be purchased from Beurer directly or from an authorized retailer/distributor.

• CVS, Walgreens, Shoppers Drug Mart – official store locations and online listings 
• Other authorized specialty health retailers (see [Authorized Partners Directory] if available). 
 ⚠️ Unauthorized Sellers (Not Covered) 
Warranty is not valid for products purchased from: 
• Auction sites (eBay, Liquidation.com, etc.) 
• Unverified Amazon marketplace resellers 
• Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, OfferUp, and other peer-to-peer platforms 
• Overseas third-party sellers shipping into U.S./Canada without authorization
