The EM59 is an amazing product. Really helps my diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The pads don't stick to the pads very well. I am on my 3rd set of pads in 30 days. Their are no other options in pads otherwise I would try to buy another brand. Very disappointed in the quality of these sticking to the pads.

Sorry.. I had another product where the pads could be washed and lasted years with good contact. About time Beurer did the same.
Cost of unit is good but by the tiem you keep replacing the pads its gonna be expensive

I am very pleased with Beurer. My order was lost in the mail or placed in the wrong mailbox and Beurer sent me new replacement pads out. Very satisfied and I recommend this company 👌.

It's an amazing machine and I can't live without it with the severe psoriatic arthritis pain and suffering from Multiple Sclerosis severe skeletal pain in my spine it's the only relief I am able to get on those severe days
