TENS/EMS

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and Electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) units use electrical currents. TENS is electrical stimulation of the skin to relieve pain by interfering with the neural transmission of signals from underlying pain. EMS is a physical therapy and fitness technique. TENS devices treat pain, while EMS devices stimulate and strengthen your muscles.
