Quality

I love the product however it would be helpful to folks like me if there were instructions about cleaning it. I use a prevention cream on the head and residue builds up. Would appreciate some cleaning instructions.

Did not receive exfoliating brush. Zero customer support.

I bought 4 exfoliating replacement heads. I received 4 soft replacement heads. I reached out to customer service and have yet to receive a response. The order shipped promptly, but it's unfortunate that the right product was not shipped. I was so pleased to have finally found the exfoliating replacement heads after years of it being unavailable, but it it seems it continues to be unavailable. I will be switching to an exfoliating brush under a different company. Beurer products are good, but this service is unacceptable and I have learnt my lesson.
